You attest that you are of legal adult age to enter into a legal agreement and that you will be responsible for all use and payment due on this account. You will provide your full legal name, street address, telephone number, and email address to The Wolfe Net LTD. It is your responsibility to keep each piece of the information accurate at all times.

The Wolfe Net LTD will not require customers to advertise The Wolfe Net LTD on their websites.

You are responsible for the contents of the information on your website and in your messages regardless of the user as well as the legal actions resulting from any of the contents or messages. You agree not to allow your website to be used to post any items or send messages containing unlawful, harassing, abusive, harmful, obscene, threatening, vulgar, or pornographic content.

You agree to comply with all federal, state, local and international laws and regulations during your use of The Wolfe Net LTD services.

The Wolfe Net LTD will monitor your disk usage to determine if your website is exceeding your usage agreement. The Wolfe Net LTD shall have the right to charge additional fees or terminate your service as their discretion.

You agree to pay The Wolfe Net LTD in full by the due date on each invoice. Failure to submit payment by the due date will result in suspension of your service. A fee of $25 will be assessed to restore each suspended service.

The Wolfe Net LTD reserves the right to change prices at any time, with or without notice.

The Wolfe Net LTD does not refund customers under any conditions.

The customer must provide a minimum of 30 days written notice to terminate services. Failure to provide the 30 day written notice will result in charges accruing for 30 days after written notice is received by The Wolfe Net LTD.

Customers will be renewed unless a written notice of termination is received by The Wolfe Net LTD at least 30 days prior to the renewal date. Customers will receive an invoice approximately 30 days prior to their renewal.

A password reset charge may be assessed by The Wolfe Net LTD.

You agree that you are responsible for all content on your website and in your messages regardless of user.

You agree that The Wolfe Net LTD has the right to monitor your website and messages electronically to determine your compliance with this agreement and applicable laws. The Wolfe Net LTD reserves the right to remove content or refuse service including termination.

All information under this service is subject to protection under the United States and any other copyright laws, laws protecting trademarks, trade secrets, and proprietary items as applicable. You agree to comply with all applicable property rights.

You agree not to use The Wolfe Net LTD network to circumvent user authentication or security of any host, network, or account. This includes but is not limited to: accessing data not intended for you; logging into a server or account that you are not authorized to access, password cracking, probing the security of other networks in search of weaknesses, or violation of any other network’s security policy. You may not use flooding; mail bombing, or other intentional attempts to overload or crash a host or network. Any violation will result in The Wolfe Net LTD reporting the violation(s) and fully cooperating with law enforcement.

You agree that you will not permit SPAM or unsolicited emails from your website.

You agree that any attempt to undermine, slander, libel, threaten, or cause harm to The Wolfe Net LTD or their customers, employees, or property is grounds for instant termination without refund. In addition, prosecution will be initiated for any and all violations.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless, The Wolfe Net LTD, its subsidiaries and affiliates, its owners, employees, and agents from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorney fees resulting from any violation of this agreement.

Nothing contained in this agreement shall be construed as creating any agency, legal representative, partnership, or other type of joint enterprise between the parties.

The failure of The Wolfe Net LTD to enforce an item of this agreement shall not be construed as a waiver or limitation of The Wolfe Net LTD’s right to subsequently enforce and require compliance with each item of this agreement.

Unless otherwise specified in writing, this agreement contains the complete and exclusive agreement between you and The Wolfe Net LTD regarding the products and services provided and supercedes any prior agreements between the parties.

You agree that if any item in this agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason that the remaining items shall continue to be valid and enforceable.

If for any reason, The Wolfe Net LTD is unable to provide service due to causes beyond the control of The Wolfe Net LTD such as failure of telecommunication or Internet service providers, labor disputes, riots, war, government restrictions, flood, earthquake, fire, or other natural disaster will not be the liability of The Wolfe Net LTD.

The Wolfe Net LTD may at their sole discretion and without reason refuse service to any customer.

You agree that The Wolfe Net LTD shall not be liable for any suspension or loss of services, including, without limitation, domain name registration services and web hosting services, interruption of services or interruption of your business loss or liability resulting in from the unauthorized use or misuse of the customers account use of services, including, without limitation domain name registration services and web hosting services access delays or access interruptions to The Wolfe Net LTD web sites or services loss or liability resulting from acts or events beyond The Wolfe Net LTD control undelivered, misdelivered, corrupted, destroyed, or modified data

In no event will The Wolfe Net LTD liability ever exceed the last amount paid by you.

You attest that you are legally able to enter into a contract, that you have read and understand the items/terms of this agreement and you agree to all parts of this agreement.
